Original Objectives

A.  To work for the betterment and growth of ski racing in          
​      Michigan.
B.  To encourage and help expand participation in skiing at all             levels.
C.  To secure a better understanding of the problems of coaching       and to place at the disposal of all ski coaches sources of                 information.
D.  To promote the highest possible professional standards in ski         coaching.
E.  To study proposed rule changes, and make recommendations       when considered necessary to the MHSAA.
F.  To promote a harmonious relationship among coaches in all          sports.
G. To have direct involvement in the selection of All State Ski              Teams, elect regional state coaches of the year, as well at a Ski      Coaches Hall of Fame.
H.  To have in season team rankings on a statewide basis.

Membership

Active, Honorary, Lifetime - Memberships Available
Membership year if from November 1- October 31 
Memebers: Have a voice and vote at all general meetings of the association, Receive all publications of the association, Be eligible for election as Regional or State Coach of the year, Be eligible for selection to office.
